Job Description
A CSE - GRN Executive or CSE (GRN) typically refers to a person responsible for:
- Receiving goods from vendors/suppliers.
- Verifying the quantity and quality of received items against the Purchase Order (PO) and invoice.
- Preparing and entering the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) in the ERP/software.
- Reporting shortages, excess quantities, or damaged goods.
- Coordinating with the purchase, warehouse, and accounts teams.
- Ensuring stock is updated accurately in the inventory system.
