Experience: Freshers up to 1-2 years

Type: Full-time / Contract (recommend starting with a 3-month trial)

Role Objective:

Create high-converting image and video creatives for Meta ads and website assets to drive

Qualified visa leads at scalable CPL, not generic brand visuals.

Key Responsibilities

1) Performance Ad Creatives (Core)

 Design static and video creatives for Meta (FB/Instagram) lead generation campaigns.

 Translate hooks, copy, and offers into scroll-stopping visuals.

 Create multiple creative variants per concept for A/B testing (hook variants, layouts, CTA

styles).

2) Video Creatives

 Produce short-form ad videos (10–45 sec) with:

o Strong hook in the first 3 seconds

o Captions/subtitles (80% of users watch muted)

o Motion graphics, transitions, and overlays

 Repurpose static creatives into motion variants.

3) Website & Brand Assets

 Design landing page visuals, banners, icons, and illustrations.

 Create social proof assets (trust badges, testimonials, process flows).

 Maintain brand consistency (fonts, colors, layout system).

4) Creative Testing Framework

 Deliver 3-6 creative variations per ad concept (different hooks, layouts, visuals).

 Maintain a creative library with performance tags (winning hooks, formats).

 Work with the marketer to iterate based on ad performance data.

Required Skills

Design & Tools

Adobe Photoshop, / Premiere Pro (or CapCut Pro)

 Strong typography and layout fundamentals (not template-level work).

Performance Marketing Understanding (Mandatory)

 Understands hooks, scroll-stopping visuals, attention hierarchy, CTA framing.

 Familiar with Meta ad formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, Stories/Reels).

Execution Speed

 Can produce 5-10 ad creatives per day (static) or 2-4 videos/day for testing.

 Comfortable with fast iteration cycles.

Preferred Experience (Huge Plus)

 Familiar with UGC-style ad formats and conversion-first layouts.
