Job Title: Field Sales Executive / Venue Onboarding Executive

Salary:  fixed per month + travel/mobile allowance + performance incentives

About VenueMart:

VenueMart is a new platform that helps people discover marriage halls, mini halls, party halls, function venues, photographers, catering services, decorators, makeup artists, and other event-related service providers.

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive / Venue Onboarding Executive to help us onboard venues and event service providers across Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit marriage halls, mini halls, party halls, banquet halls, and event venues.
  • Meet venue owners/managers and explain the VenueMart platform.
  • Collect venue details such as name, location, contact number, capacity, facilities, pricing range, and photos.
  • Onboard photographers, caterers, decorators, makeup artists, event planners, and other service providers.
  • Verify business details before submitting them.
  • Maintain daily visit reports and follow-up status.
  • Build good relationships with venue owners and service providers.
  • Support the team in growing VenueMart’s vendor network.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum education: 12th pass / Diploma / Any degree.
  • Freshers can apply.
  • Tamil communication is required.
  • Basic English is preferred.
  • Must be comfortable using a smartphone, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and basic forms.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Chennai.
  • Two-wheeler is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Confidence to meet business owners directly.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic sales and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to collect accurate information.

Compensation:

  • Fixed salary: ₹10,000 per month.
  • Travel allowance will be provided.
  • Incentives will be provided for paid vendor subscriptions and performance-based achievements.
