Job Description

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability. Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain operations.
  2. Experienced in coordinating with customers, transporters, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment operations. Skilled in shipment tracking, documentation, and issue resolution.
  3. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics/ERP software.
  4. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  5. Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable, with logistics or freight forwarding experience considered an added advantage.
