Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (Civil Engineering) to manage quantity take-offs, estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, cost monitoring, and contract documentation for construction projects. The candidate will work closely with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining quality and contractual compliance.

Preferred QualificationsCandidates having practical training or certification in Quantity Surveying from recognized institutions such as NICMAR, BHADANIS QS Institute, IIT Etc.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets.
• Conduct rate analysis for civil works.
• Prepare contractor and client bills.
• Verify executed quantities at site.
• Prepare measurement sheets and quantity reconciliation reports.
• Monitor project costs and budget utilization.
• Prepare variation orders and change order documentation.
• Assist in tender preparation and bid evaluation.
• Review subcontractor quotations and work orders.
• Maintain project cost records and payment documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and project managers.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and cost reports.
• Support procurement by preparing material quantity requirements.
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions and project specifications.
• Required QualificationsB.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or construction projects.
• Freshers with practical quantity surveying knowledge are encouraged to apply.
