Job Description

1)Contact customers regarding overdue payments through calls and field visits.

2)Follow up with customers and ensure timely payment collection.

3)Maintain proper records of collection activities and customer responses.

4)Coordinate with banks/financial customers regarding collection updates.

5)Handle customer queries related to pending dues and payment plans.

6)Update daily collection reports in Excel or collection software.

7)Achieve monthly recovery targets assigned by the management.

8)Ensure professional and ethical behavior during customer interactions.
