Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and target-driven professionals for the role of – Direct Sales in the Home Loans segment at our Bangalore branches. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and closing home loan business.
Key Responsibilities
- Source home loan business.
- Generate leads and convert them into disbursements
- Conduct customer meetings and explain product offerings
- Collect and verify customer documents as per policy
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Graduation is Mandatory for Experienced Candidates
