Job Description

OLA Electric is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Manager to lead service operations at our service centers. The role requires strong technical expertise, people management skills, and a customer-first mindset to ensure service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workshop and service center operations

• Manage and lead technicians, service advisors, and support staff

• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and high service quality

• Monitor vehicle turnaround time and reduce service backlogs

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards

• Manage spare parts inventory and consumption tracking

• Drive customer satisfaction scores and operational efficiency

• Coordinate with central and technical teams for escalations and updates

• Identify operational risks and implement preventive actions
