Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to support business growth through Channel Partner Development, Dealer Coordination, Customer Acquisition, Banking Follow-ups, and Business Development activities. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s network, generating sales opportunities, coordinating with financial institutions, and ensuring smooth customer onboarding and project execution


Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Partner Development & Management

Identify, recruit, and onboard new Channel Partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Channel Partners.

Conduct regular field visits to support partner business growth.

Train Channel Partners on products, services, sales processes, and incentive programs.

Generate leads and business through partner networks.


2. Dealer Coordination

Coordinate with dealers for customer requirements and order processing.

Maintain healthy relationships with dealer networks.

Collect quotations, invoices, and required documentation from dealers.

Resolve operational issues between customers, dealers, and internal teams.

Ensure timely delivery and execution of customer orders.


3. Banking & Finance Coordination

Follow up with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for customer loan approvals.

Coordinate submission of loan applications and supporting documents.

Track loan sanction and disbursement status.

Maintain professional relationships with branch managers and bank officials.

Ensure smooth completion of banking documentation and compliance requirements.


4. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

Meet prospective customers and explain company products and services.

Conduct customer visits, field meetings, and awareness activities.

Assist customers with documentation and application processes.

Maintain regular communication and provide status updates.

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.


5. Sales & Business Development

Generate business through field activities and referral networks.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Conduct promotional campaigns, roadshows, and awareness programs.

Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.

Support company growth initiatives across multiple business verticals.


6. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain Daily Activity Reports (DAR).

Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.

Update CRM and sales tracking systems regularly.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customers, channel partners, and dealers.


Required Qualifications:

Intermediate, Diploma, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.

1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Solar, EV, or Automobile sectors is preferred.

Problem-solving and customer handling capabilities.



Additional Preferred Qualification:

✅ Solar EPC, Electric Vehicle (EV) Two-Wheeler Sales, Automobile Dealership, Channel Sales, or Banking Loan Processing experience will be considered a strong advantage.

✅ Candidates having existing relationships with dealers, channel partners, DSAs, banking officials, or local business networks will be given preference.
