Job Description
- Manage and maintain CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Track customer interactions and update customer records.
- Execute customer engagement, retention, and loyalty campaigns.
- Analyze customer behavior and generate reports/dashboards.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Segment customer databases for targeted communications.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with privacy policies.
- Good Language knowledge in Hindi or english.
- Basic Knowledge in Excel.
