Business Development Executive (BDE) – Commercial InteriorsLocation: Hyderabad & Surrounding Areas

Experience: 2–8 Years


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities for commercial interior design, office fit-outs, renovation, and turnkey projects.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new commercial interior project opportunities.
  • Target corporate offices, IT companies, retail stores, restaurants, hospitals, hotels, and other commercial establishments.
  • Connect with key decision-makers, architects, builders, commercial brokers, facility managers, and procurement teams.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, field visits, and referrals.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and project closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve business targets.
  • Ideal CandidateExperience in commercial interiors, real estate, construction, office fit-outs, or B2B project sales preferred.
  • Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Good knowledge of the Hyderabad commercial market.
  • Must be willing to travel across Hyderabad and nearby areas.
