Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse, inventory, and packaging operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability and accuracy.
• Monitor all inward and outward stock movements and update inventory records accordingly.
• Generate, print, and verify product/package barcodes before dispatch.
• Ensure products are correctly labeled, packed, and prepared according to company standards.
• Coordinate shipping, dispatch, and logistics activities to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Verify shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and courier details before dispatch.
• Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delivery-related issues.
• Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of inventory to minimize damage or loss.
• Supervise and guide warehouse staff to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory, dispatch, and operational reports for management.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager as required.
