Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Officer to manage daily dispatch operations, ensure timely order processing, coordinate with delivery partners, and maintain accurate dispatch documentation. The ideal candidate should have good coordination skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage daily dispatch activities.
• Verify invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch quantities before shipment.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, delivery executives, transporters, and vendors.
• Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
• Track outgoing shipments and update delivery status.
• Maintain dispatch registers, e-way bills, PODs, and transport records.
• Handle loading/unloading coordination with warehouse teams.
• Monitor pending orders and escalate delays/issues.
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products.
• Coordinate with sales and customer support teams regarding dispatch schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dispatch areas.
• Follow company SOPs and safety procedures.
• Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, billing software, or ERP/WMS systems.
• Ability to handle multiple dispatches simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving ability and quick decision-making.
• Time management skills.
• Preferred QualificationsAny degree or intermediate qualification.
• 1–3 years experience in warehouse/logistics/dispatch operations preferred.
• FMCG or e-commerce dispatch experience is an advantage.
