• Roles & ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and personal references.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate eligibility.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure candidates join successfully and provide post-offer follow-up.
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
• EligibilityGraduate or Undergraduate (any discipline).
• Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
• Basic computer knowledge and internet proficiency.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Previous recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
