What This Role Is AboutThe Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of field sales executives, driving merchant onboarding, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring consistent performance across the assigned territory. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines direct team management with active coaching and mentoring.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct sales, with the ability to motivate a team, handle ground-level challenges, and deliver results in a competitive market.

Team ManagementDirectly manage and supervise a team of sales executives, ensuring daily targets are met and performance standards are maintained across the territory.

Training & DevelopmentConduct regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and skill-building activities to continuously upskill the sales team.

Mentoring & CoachingProvide one-on-one mentoring to team members, identify performance gaps, and create personalised development plans to help each individual grow.

Target AchievementDrive merchant acquisition, activation, and revenue generation to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales ta
