JOB BRIEF

 A Site Engineer for an interior execution project is responsible for supervising and managing the day-to-day operations to ensure interior designs are implemented correctly on-site. Key duties include coordinating with the design team and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to blueprints and safety regulations, managing timelines and budgets, and resolving technical issues. They also conduct quality control checks and maintain project documentation, such as progress reports

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

Project oversight and execution

• Supervise daily operations: Manage all day-to-day activities on site to ensure smooth progress. 
• Ensure design adherence: Verify that all interior work strictly follows the approved design specifications and technical drawings. 
• Manage schedule and budget: Track progress to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget constraints. 

Coordination and collaboration

• Coordinate with stakeholders: 

Act as the main point of contact between designers, contractors, clients, and vendors. 

• Manage resources: 

Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials and ensure the correct equipment is available. 

• Delegate tasks: 

Assign work to staff and subcontractors and provide them with necessary training and support. 

Quality and safety management

• Perform quality control: 

Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure all work meets specified standards and is free of defects.

• Ensure safety compliance: 

Implement and enforce all health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site. 

Problem-solving

• Resolve issues: 

Proactively identify and resolve any technical problems, delays, or conflicts that arise during the construction phase. 

• Provide technical advice: 

Offer expert guidance to the team and suggest improvements where necessary. 

Documentation and reporting

• Maintain records: Keep detailed project documentation, including progress reports, inspection reports, and other necessary work documentation. 

EDUCATION

a.                  Minimum Education                                                     

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, often a B.Tech or B.E

EXPERIENCE

a.                  Minimum Experience In Site Engineer    :-                            3-5 years

b.                  Minimum Experience                                    :-                            3 Years in Interior Project Execution
