Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up to provided leads and convert into it sales.

Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and treatment protocols to prospective customers.

Qualify leads and identify customer requirements.

Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and relationship building.

Maintain regular follow-up with interested prospects until closure.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Update lead status and customer interactions in CRM/Excel on a daily basis.

Coordinate with the field sales team and management whenever required.

Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach during all interactions.

• Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Telesales, or Business Development.
• Experience in skincare, cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, healthcare, wellness, beauty, or pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of leads and follow-ups.
• Comfortable working with CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic computer applications.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
