We are looking for a friendly and well-presented Hostess to welcome customers and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with a smile and guide them to their tables.
- Manage table bookings and waiting lists.
- Assist customers with their queries in a polite manner.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team for smooth seating and service.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance.
