Job Description:

C & A Globalfair Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Travel Sales Executives to handle the USA travel process during night shift operations. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in selling travel products and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for the USA travel sales process

Sell flight tickets, vacation packages, hotels, and other travel-related services

Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable solutions

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality

Accurately update customer details and booking information in CRM systems

Follow company sales scripts and compliance guidelines

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in USA travel sales process

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & listening)

Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo – preferred)

Ability to work independently in a night shift environment

Target-oriented and result-driven approach

Shift & Work Conditions:

Fixed night shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST

5–6 working days per week (as per company policy)
