About Cleora (Siloura Lifestyle Pvt Ltd):
Cleora is a style-first jewellery brand focused on helping women discover jewellery that complements their outfit, personality, face shape, and occasion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Understand customer style preferences, outfits, and occasions.
2. Create a premium and engaging in-store customer experience.
3. Build customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
4. Support achievement of store sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1. Only Female candidates are preferred.
2. Minimum one year of experience in retail sales, fashion, beauty, apparel, lifestyle, luxury retail, or jewellery.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Passion for fashion, styling, and customer engagement.
5. Confident, well-groomed, and customer-centric personality.
Freshers with strong communication and interest in styling may also be considered.
