TELECALLER- DRA Certified candidates will be given preference.
Role- Calling customers for loan/EMI recovery, follow ups and updating.
1.Contact customers who have overdue loan EMI's ,personal/business
loan payments.
2.Monitor daily activities and ensure target achievement.
3.Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
