Job SummaryShreeji Jewellers is looking for a customer-focused and energetic Sales Executive to provide an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery, explain product features, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to achieving showroom sales targets while maintaining the brand's reputation for trust and quality.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product features, purity, pricing, making charges, offers, and certifications.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through professional service.
- Generate sales and achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Record customer inquiries, preferences, and follow-up details.
- Handle non-converted customers and schedule follow-ups when required.
- Maintain proper display and cleanliness of jewellery counters.
- Coordinate with billing and inventory teams for smooth customer service.
- Verify jewellery before handing it over to customers.
- Assist customers during festivals, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay updated with new jewellery collections, designs, and ongoing offers.
- Follow company policies regarding security, customer service, and confidentiality.
- Support the showroom team in achieving overall business objectives.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (POS/Billing software is an advantage).
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Good presentation and grooming.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- QualificationsHigher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate (preferred).
- Experience in jewellery, retail, or luxury sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
