Timely response to hospital queries.
Build strong professional relationships with hospital staff and maintain high service standards.
Ensure every hospital receives regular follow-up without delay.
Maintain regular communication with hospitals regarding claim status.
Provide timely updates on all pending, active, approved, and rejected claims.
Monitor and reply to hospital WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally.
Understand hospital queries and provide accurate solutions or updates.
Follow up on pending documents and claim requirements with hospitals.
Maintain proper records of all communications and claim updates.
