Junior Sales Executive

We are hiring a Sales & Operations Executive for Vardhman Enterprises / Finesse Products, a manufacturing business dealing in optical lens cleaner and related products.

The main work will be office-based sales, calling new clients, WhatsApp messaging, researching new markets, collecting customer data, following up with existing clients, and generating repeat orders.

The candidate will also support basic office operations such as coordinating with labour, checking daily work updates, maintaining simple records, and helping with order coordination. Field visits to shops, markets, or offices may be required when needed.

Responsibilities:

Call new clients and introduce our products

Send WhatsApp messages, catalogues, and follow-ups

Find new optical shops, distributors, and business leads

Maintain customer data and daily follow-up records

Follow up with existing clients for repeat orders

Coordinate with office/labour for order preparation and dispatch

Support basic office and production coordination work

Visit shops or offices when required

Give daily work reports to management

Requirements:

Freshers can apply

Must be comfortable with calling and sales follow-up

Basic Hindi and Bengali communication required

Basic computer/Excel knowledge preferred

Should be sincere, punctual, and willing to learn

Should be comfortable with office work and occasional field work

Training will be provided

Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹12500 per month + performance incentive
