Job Description
Job Title: Real Estate Sales ManagerJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to manage a high-performing sales team while achieving business targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales and revenue.
- Generate new business opportunities through client acquisition, channel partners, and referrals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to site visits, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure a consistent flow of quality leads.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Eligibility CriteriaBachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager.
- Proven experience in managing a real estate sales team.
- Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial real estate sales.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
