Job Title: TeleSales Executive – Smart Home AutomationCompany: Nautomation Pvt. Ltd.Location: Moradabad (Office-Based)Experience: 0–2 YearsSalary: Fixed + Attractive IncentivesAbout the RoleWe are looking for a confident TeleSales Executive who can connect with customers over calls and explain Nautomation smart products like touch switches, smart locks, and QR Video Door Phone (VDP).
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall potential customers and explain Nautomation products
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Share product details via WhatsApp (images, videos, demos)
- Explain features like:
- App control
- QR-based video calling
- Multi-user access (family phones)
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain call records and lead status
- Coordinate with field sales team if required
- RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi / Hinglish must)
- Basic smartphone & WhatsApp knowledge
- Confident and convincing speaking style
- Ability to handle customer objections
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Preferred CandidatesExperience in Telecalling / TeleSales
- Knowledge of smart home or electrical products
