Job Description

Yashwant Classes (8th–12th SSC/CBSE/ICSE, JEE/NEET/CET) is hiring a target-driven Academic Counsellor.


Job Description:

• Counsel parents & students

• Convert walk-ins, JustDial & social media leads into admissions

• Follow-up and maintain CRM/Google Sheets


Requirements:

• 3+ years in Sales/Counselling

• Fluent in Marathi, Hindi & English

• Strong communication, convincing & negotiation skills

• Comfortable with targets and performance pressure


Timing: 11 AM–8 PM / 12 PM–9 PM


Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 + High Incentives
