Job title -Commi,DCDP, CDP

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily food production and kitchen operations
  • Prepare and cook multi-cuisine dishes as per standards
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance
  • Handle bulk cooking for airport/commissary operations
  • Monitor inventory, stock, and kitchen supplies
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
  • Maintain consistency in taste and presentation
  • Follow company SOPs and customer requirements
