Job Title: Clinic Receptionist
Job Description: We are looking for a polite, organized, and professional Clinic Receptionist to manage front desk operations. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, maintaining patient records, and coordinating with doctors and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients visiting the clinic.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient registration.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Maintain patient records and documentation.
Handle billing, payments, and receipts (if required).
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
Ensure cleanliness and proper management of the reception area.
