Customer Care Executive

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, relatives, and corporate clients

  2.Provide accurate information about home healthcare services such as nursing care, attendants, physiotherapy, doctor visits, ICU at home, post-operative and elderly care

  3.Understand patient requirements and suggest appropriate healthcare services

  4.Register service requests and schedule services by coordinating with doctors, nurses, attendants, and operations teams

  5.Maintain regular follow-ups with patients to ensure service quality and satisfaction

  6.Handle patient complaints and escalate issues to concerned departments for quick resolution

  7.Maintain accurate records of calls, patient details, and service information in system

  8.Assist patients with basic billing, pricing, packages, and payment-related queries

  9. Support corporate and institutional healthcare service coordination when required
