About the RolePaytm is hiring dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven Field Sales Executives for merchant acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Paytm QR Codes, Soundbox devices, and EDC/POS machines to shopkeepers, retailers, and business owners.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential merchants in the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell Paytm QR Codes, Soundbox devices, and EDC/POS machines.
• Onboard new merchants and complete required documentation.
• Explain product features, benefits, charges, and digital payment solutions.
• Ensure timely installation and activation of QR, Soundbox, and EDC machines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide post-sales support and resolve merchant queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth merchant activation.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
• Experience in Field Sales, BFSI, Telecom, Fintech, FMCG, Merchant Acquisition, or EDC/POS sales is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
• Must have a smartphone and be comfortable with fieldwork.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
