Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-up)
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR files
- Attendance and leave management
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts team
- Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance documentation
- Prepare HR letters (Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Warning Letter, etc.)
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
- Exit formalities and full & final settlement coordination
- Maintain HR MIS reports and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
- Skills RequiredRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- MS Excel, Word & Outlook
- Good communication in English and Tamil
- Knowledge of labour laws, PF & ESI
- HR documentation
- Time management and multitasking
- Positive attitude and teamwork
- Preferred CandidateExperience in Manufacturing/SPM/Engineering industry is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
