Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive /Tele-sales Executive in Jaipur (Full-Time). The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Growfitz FMCG products, interacting with consumers, managing leads on CRM software, and converting potential buyers into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound sales calls and pitch products convincingly.
• Promote and sell Growfitz FMCG products to prospective buyers/consumers.
• Utilize CRM software efficiently to manage customer leads, follow-ups, and sales tracking.
• Address customer queries effectively and negotiate deals to close sales.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent consumer satisfaction.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets consistently.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
• Working knowledge or hands-on experience with CRM software.
• Prior experience in FMCG sales,Tele-sales, or B2C sales is preferred.
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and strong negotiation abilities.
