About the role
GetZokko is a Jaipur-based influencer marketing and talent management agency. We're hiring a Telecaller to handle outbound calling for creator onboarding and brand lead generation. You'll be the first voice a prospect hears from us.
Responsibilities
- Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to leads shared from our database
- Maintain daily call logs and lead status in Google Sheets/CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team on conversions and escalations
Requirements
- 0–2 years experience in telecalling, telesales, or a voice process (freshers with strong communication welcome)
- Fluent Hindi; working English for professional conversations
- Comfortable with rejection and consistent daily call targets
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and smartphone/laptop usage
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
