Job Summary
We are hiring an organized Office Administrator to manage daily operations at our pest control company. You will handle customer inquiries, schedule service technicians, and manage billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Answer calls, resolve queries, and book pest control services.
- Scheduling: Dispatch technicians efficiently based on location and urgency.
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate invoices, track payments, and manage basic expenses.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate customer records and service histories.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor office supplies and pest control chemical stock.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) required; Degree preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years in office administration or customer service.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) and billing software.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written skills in English and the local language.
- Traits: Strong multitasking abilities and a problem-solving mindset.
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time, On-site
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
