Job Title: Field Collection Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Field Collection Executive to recover overdue payments and outstanding dues from customers. This is a field-based role that involves visiting customer locations, maintaining professional communication, and achieving collection targets while following company policies and legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
• Submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Achieve assigned collection targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Basic knowledge of smartphone apps for reporting.
• Prior experience in collections, sales, or field operations is an advantage (Freshers may also apply, if applicable).

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
• Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
