• Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chat support.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Record and update customer interactions in the system.
• Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.
• Required Skills & QualificationsFemale candidates only.
• Graduate or pursuing graduation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office, Email Management, Internet Browsing, and Data Entry.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customers professionally and confidently.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
