Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager (Senior BDM)
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, business development, team leadership, and revenue generation.
This role requires someone who can build strategic partnerships, manage high-value clients, and drive business expansion.
- Experience5–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Relations.
- Prior experience in leading business development teams is preferred.
- Age Criteria27–40 years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the business development team.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value business deals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align lead generation and branding efforts.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records.
- Monitor KPIs, sales pipelines, and monthly revenue performance.
- Represent the organization at networking events, corporate meetings, and industry conferences.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent relationship management and after-sales support.
