 Job Summary


Concept Trunk Interiors is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Assistant to support procurement operations. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, tracking purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials required for interior projects.


 Key Responsibilities


* Assist in sourcing materials, products, and services from approved vendors.

* Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.

* Prepare and process purchase orders accurately.

* Follow up with vendors regarding order status and delivery schedules.

* Maintain procurement records, invoices, and vendor databases.

* Coordinate with project, site, and accounts teams regarding material requirements.

* Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.

* Ensure timely procurement of materials for ongoing projects.

* Support vendor evaluation and negotiation processes.

* Prepare procurement reports and updates for management.


 Required Skills


* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Basic knowledge of procurement and vendor management.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.

* Strong organizational and documentation skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.


 Eligibility


* UG / PG in any discipline.

* Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.

* Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations is an added advantage.
