Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Officer - inside sales

Job Summary :- The Sales Executive is responsible for converting incoming leads into successful bookings by understanding customer requirements, explaining service offerings clearly, and ensuring a smooth handover to the onboarding and post-sales teams. 

Key Responsibilities :-

Lead Management & Customer Engagement

- Contact assigned leads within defined TAT

- Understand customer requirements

- Explain service details, pricing, and terms

Sales Conversion & Booking :-

Convert leads into confirmed bookings

Meet daily and monthly targets

Coordination & Handover :-

Share accurate booking details with onboarding/supply team

Ensure smooth handover post-booking 

CRM & Process Compliance :-

- Update CRM/Dashboard regularly

- Follow SOPs and quality guidelines 

KPIs - Number of bookings :-

- Conversion rate

- Lead follow-up TAT

- Booking quality score 

Required Skills :-

- Strong communication skills

- Target-driven mindset 

Qualifications & Experience :-

- Graduate preferred

- 0–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles
