Job Description

Logistics Coordinator Purpose


Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers and project sites.


  • Maintain stock records and coordinate warehouse operations.
  • Support smooth logistics and inventory management.
  • Key Responsibilities✅ Delivery CoordinationPlan daily dispatches.
  • Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and loaders.
  • Ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Track delivery status and resolve delays.
  • Maintain delivery documentation.
  • ✅ Inventory ManagementMaintain inward and outward stock records.
  • Monitor stock levels.
  • Report low-stock items.
  • Ensure stock accuracy.
  • ✅ Warehouse CoordinationCoordinate loading and unloading.
  • Ensure material availability for dispatch.
  • Support stock audits and verification.
  • Maintain warehouse discipline.
