Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admissions process for our management programs. The role involves counselling students, handling inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and supporting admissions conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.

Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications.

Coordinate with the admissions team for documentation and enrollment processes.

Participate in admission drives, seminars, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in admissions counselling, education, or EdTech sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.

Basic computer and CRM proficiency preferred.

Compensation

• Salary will be commensurate with experience.
