Delivery Executive

We are looking for a responsible, customer-focused, and energetic Delivery Executive to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and safe delivery of customer orders while also assisting with counter sales and store operations during non-delivery hours.

• Verify order details before dispatch.
• Maintain proper handling of cakes and bakery products during transportation.
• Collect cash or digital payments when required.
• Coordinate with customers regarding delivery updates.
• Follow all traffic rules and company delivery guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
• Counter Sales ResponsibilitiesAttend walk-in customers and assist them in selecting products.
• Explain product options, pricing, and ongoing offers.
• Generate bills and process cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments.
• Pack products neatly and ensure excellent presentation.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Maintain product displays and ensure shelves remain clean and well-stocked.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team regarding order status and product availability.
• Support online order coordination whenever required.
• Store OperationsMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store.
• Assist in opening and closing store activities.
• Monitor basic stock levels and report shortages.
• Follow company SOPs and food safety guidelines.
• Support the team during festivals, weekends, and peak business hours.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Own smartphone with internet access.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital payments.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctual, honest, and team-oriented.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in food delivery, retail, or customer service.
• Familiarity with Google Maps and navigation apps.
