Telecaller

Greetings of the Day!

Currently we are urgently hiring for Fresher & Experienced DRA/ Non-DRA Tele-callers for different domestic Banking/ NBFC Collection Calling process in our Organization.

Roles & Responsibility:-

1) Handle and make Outbound Calls. 

2) Maintain relationships with customers by providing support and right information.

3) Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

4) Talk to customers and Follow-up the Leads converting the leads into loan EMI payment.

5) Ability to explain and convince customers on calls.

Requirements:-

* Educational qualifications: 10+2 or equivalent

* Prior experience in tele calling/collections is a must

* Fluency in Hindi, English. Fluency in Native language- Bengali.
