Job Description
Position: Telecalling Recruitment Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
Call candidates and inform them about available job opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance and selection status.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Explain job roles, salary packages, and company policies to applicants.
Handle candidate queries professionally.
Meet daily calling and recruitment targets.
Requirements:
Intermediate, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and/or English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
