Job Description

  • Data Entry: Accurately log daily financial transactions, expenses, and receipts into the accounting system or spreadsheets.
  • Invoicing & Billing: Assist in preparing and processing client invoices, bills, and purchase orders.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain neat and well-organized physical and digital files for all financial documents, vouchers, and tax records.
  • Accounts Coordination: Assist senior accounts team members with ledger reconciliation, tracking outstanding payments, and basic bank work.
  • Office Support: Handle routine administrative clerical tasks, manage emails, and coordinate with internal staff as needed.
