Job Description
Job Responsibilities:- Exp of managing F&B, Cafe, shop, Retail store, QSR industry for min 4years with Good time management and planning skills and able to analyse data and measure store performance
Assist walk in customers with their purchases & upsell products
Ensure good display & regular replenishment of goods
Managing counter sales team, motivating and training them to perform better
Conduct marketing and sales promotional activities for business development
Inventory management and stock control
Manage E Commerce orders from Swiggy, Zomato, etc.
Handling Cash and Accounts including Daily Sales Report
Reporting to Store In charge
Should be confident, quick and efficient in making decisions
Prior experience in dealing with people
Self motivated & Punctual
Ability to follow SOP’s and Guidelines
Knowledge and understanding of accounts
Working knowledge of using Computer + Email + Excel + Word + WhatsApp
Ability to do Opening & Closing of the store
