*Job Description – Kitchen Team Member*

Company: Burgrill

Location: Rajapark, Jaipur

*Job Responsibilities*

• Prepare food according to Burgrill standards.

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.

• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.

• Assist in order preparation and packaging.

• Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team.

• Support inventory management and stock handling after training.

*Training Plan*

All new team members will be trained in the following order:

*Phase 1 – Kitchen & Cleaning*

• Kitchen operations

• Food preparation

• Cleaning procedures

• Hygiene and safety standards

*Phase 2 – POS (Billing System)*

• Taking customer orders

• Billing and payment handling

• Order management

• Customer interaction

*Phase 3 – Inventory*

• Stock receiving

• Inventory counting

• Stock storage

• Daily stock updates and wastage control

*Working Hours*

• 11 working hours per shift

*Shift Timings*

• *Morning Shift:* 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• *Afternoon Shift:* 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• *Night Shift:* 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Employees should be flexible to work in any shift as assigned.

• *Night shift will be scheduled for approximately 20 days* based on operational requirements.

*Interview Timings*

Candidates can walk in for an interview during:

• 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.

• Previous experience in QSR/Fast Food is preferred but not mandatory.
