E-commerce Executive — Petstreet, Sector 116 (Warehouse & HQ)

Petstreet sells across Amazon, Flipkart, and its own Shopify store (petstreet.in), all run out of our Sector 116 backend HQ. The E-commerce Executive owns the day-to-day of these channels — keeping them live, accurate, and growing.

The Role

You manage Petstreet's presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify end to end. You handle listings, pricing, content, and stock accuracy across all three platforms, keep catalogues clean and well-presented, and make sure orders flow smoothly to dispatch. You track what's selling, spot opportunities to grow sales, and use platform tools — offers, ads, and promotions — to push the numbers up on each channel. You also actively work Shopify's abandoned carts: call those customers, follow up, and convert dropped carts into completed sales. You coordinate with the warehouse and inventory team so listings, stock, and pricing always stay in sync, and report channel performance to the Commerce head.

In short: keep all three platforms healthy, recover lost sales, and grow e-commerce revenue.

What we're looking for: Hands-on knowledge of how Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify work — listings, pricing, ads, and order flow — and a sharp eye for growing online sales.
