Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Executive who will manage the company's online presence while also providing administrative and office support. The candidate should be comfortable handling social media platforms, basic graphic content, customer communication, and routine office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage company pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and WhatsApp.
- Create and schedule social media posts.
- Design basic promotional creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns.
- Respond to customer inquiries received through social media platforms.
- Monitor engagement and prepare monthly performance reports.
Office Back Support
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic documentation.
- Maintain customer databases and records.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and team members.
- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups.
- Support management in administrative and marketing activities.
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, training programs, and meetings.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
- Basic graphic designing skills (Canva preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and maintain records efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certificate in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or related field preferred.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
